Linking to your calendar viewer

MS Outlook

Then in your Outlook program, click on the Internet Calendars tab and then click New.
Press CTRL + V to paste the web address you copied and click Add.
Next enter the name of the calendar in the Folder Name box and click OK.
Each time you start Outlook, it automatically checks Google Calendar for updates.

If Microsoft has changed how your version of Outlook works, use your favourite search engine to find out how to link to a Google Calendar in your version of Outlook.
